Terms & Conditions

General Policies

• Check-Out Time: Upto 09.00 AM
• Check-in time: 11:00 AM (Early check-in subject to room availability).
• Rooms are booked subject to final confirmation.
• For confirmed booking 50% of the total room charge for the booked period has to be deposited in advance in our bank account.
• Meal Plan will start from first day breakfast due to early Check-in / Check-out time. (Last day breakfast will be an extra service and chargeable).
• Service voucher must be dispatch by or before the arrival of the guest.
• All rates are subject to change without notice.
• Taxes will be extra as applicable.

Child Policies

• Child under 05 years of age is allowed to stay free with parents.
• Child of 05 years and above age sharing parent's room & bed (without extra bed) will be charged for meals & other hotel services.
• Child of over 10 years of age will be treated as extra person and charged for extra bed / person.

Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation before 7 days of arrival dates : 01 full day retention to be charged.
• Cancellation before 3 days of arrival date : 50% of the total of booking charge / bill.
• Cancellation less than 03 days from arrival date : 100 % of the total room bill will be charged.
• For Group booking, cancellation will cost 01 full day room charge if done 30 days before arrival date.
• No refund for unexpected or sudden departures.
